Robert or Robbie as he is known to friends and family has deep roots in Casa Grande and Pinal County through his family’s agricultural legacy. Robbie’s goal in taking over Norris Management is to pay homage to the Norris name through excellent service and customer care for anyone who joins the Norris Management “family”.
Jennifer is new to the team as of October 2024 when she moved from New Mexico with her family. She is the proud mother of 4 children and enjoys spending time with her family, playing card and board games, and trying out the new experiences Arizona has provided her with so far. Her goal is to continue learning and growing as a member of the Norris Management team.
Brandy is born and raised in Casa Grande and has been with Norris Management since 2017. Brandy is a mother to beautiful girls and enjoys her time riding bikes, baking and gardening with the family. In Brandy’s spare time, the family travels to Showlow for a relaxing getaway where she gets to enjoy reading.
Nichole was born and raised in Casa Grande and graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 2004. She started out as the Receptionist at Norris Management in 2006 and was promoted to the Maintenance and HOA Division. She looks forward to continuing her career at Norris Management. Nichole enjoys working with our Owners & Tenants. When Nichole is not working she enjoys spending time with her family and traveling.
Lauren was born in Alabama and graduated from Casa Grande Union High School in 2010. After high school, Lauren received her bachelors degree in Business Communication and has been in the real estate industry with many years of experience.
